It's been 4 days since I've downed olivenol livin'. The flakes within the affected area have intensified. This is because i've stopped applying the ointment since day 1 on olivenol livin', and i've beginning to feel the pain ....

MPB, OLIVENOL livin works from the inside. It will take a few weeks for the first results to be seen/felt.
If you have been moiturizing your plaques, please continue to do so. No reason to stop. Your external therapy does not intefere with the workings of OLIVENOL.
The key thing we wanted to exclude from the trial was systemic drugs (drugs you take orally or by IV). All other topical therapies (cream, shampoo etc..) can be continued.
